Butler's Foliage, Inc. does everything possible to prevent unintended insects on plants. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that product from Butler's Foliage, Inc. is grown in full sun or shadehouse grown. It is possible to receive product from our company with unintended insects on plants and Purchaser will need to treat with grower recommended application and have a designated area to do so if this unlikely event occurs. Contamination of our clean product can also happen during transport with other nurseries' products.

1. ​All prices are F.O.B. Butler's Foliage, Inc. Miami, Florida and are subject to change without notice.

2. All transactions are for CASH unless prior credit has been established. Deposits are required for "prebooked" material. Tagged material must be shipped within 2 weeks.

3. The shipment becomes the property of the Purchaser when accepted by Carrier.

4. Any loss or damaged material must be emailed to info@butlersfoliage.com within 48 hours.

5. When contacting our office in regards to a shipment please have your Bill of Lading or invoice number available so we can access our order quickly.

6. A 4% convenience fee will be added for all credit card transactions.

7. We warrant to the extent of the purchase price only that all nursery plant material is sold true and as described within recognized trade tolerances. We give no other warranty expressed or implied and will no way be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of sale.

8. Certain products offered for sale by Butler's Foliage, Inc. are patented varieties of plants sold under license agreement with the patent owner. Any asexual production or distribution by sale, gift or otherwise of such material for the purpose of such reproduction by Buyer of a plant variety for which a plant patent has been granted or applied for, without a written license, constitute and infringement and subjects the infringer to prosecution and the United States Patent and Trademark Laws.

9. This price list supersedes all others.
